Work With Your Brain, Not Against It
You don’t need more willpower or “better discipline” - you need strategies that actually work for your brain.
Our coaches have either lived experience of ADHD or professional expertise in supporting neurodivergent women - often both.
This means we truly understand what it feels like to juggle a busy mind, constant ideas, and the occasional overwhelm. We’re here to meet you where you are, without judgement, and help you find strategies that actually fit your life.
Work With Your Brain, Not Against It
Our 1:1 ADHD coaching sessions give you personalised support to help you:
· Understand your unique wiring and why you work the way you do
· Build routines and systems that finally stick
· Boost focus and get things done without burning out
· Feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of your life and business
This is your space to feel seen, heard, and fully understood - and to take practical steps forward with a coach who gets it.
“Coaching gave me the clarity I didn’t know I was missing. For the first time, I felt understood. I finally had tools that actually worked with my brain. It’s been life changing.”
“ADHD coaching helped me stop seeing my brain as the problem and start understanding it as my guide. Once I learned how I actually work best, everything - from my routines to my confidence - began to fall into place.”
“Running a business with ADHD used to feel like constant chaos - ideas everywhere, no focus, endless guilt for not doing enough. Coaching helped me build systems that actually work for me, not against me. I’ve gone from burnout to balance, and my business has never felt more aligned with who I am.”
Lauren is an ADHD coach, founder of The Mind Studio Collective and Renzo Consulting, an HR consultancy. Combining her professional background in HR with lived experience of ADHD, she specialises in supporting women in business who haven’t found the kind of support that truly helps them thrive.
Diagnosed later in life, Lauren understands first-hand the challenges of running a business with an ADHD brain - the creativity, the chaos, and everything in between. Her coaching style blends compassion, clarity, and practical strategies to help women build businesses that work with their brains, not against them.
Through her work, she’s helping women redefine success, embrace self-understanding, and create sustainable ways of working that actually feel good.
Lucy is a coach and mentor who supports neurodivergent individuals to shift self-doubt, reconnect with their strengths, and thrive as their true, authentic selves. Without having to mask or push through.
Since her own ADHD diagnosis three years ago, she has seen first-hand how powerful it is to feel seen, understood, and connected to others who just get it. That experience shaped the way she work's - with a neuro-affirming, compassionate, and strengths-based approach.
With Lucy, you will focus on what brings you energy, confidence, and joy. And build from there.
