This programme was created by our Founder, Lauren, a business owner diagnosed with Combined ADHD in May 2025. Lauren has been on the rollercoaster of founder life for six years, running her own HR consultancy before launching The Mind Studio Collective and learning what really works (and what doesn’t) for neurodivergent minds.

What if I can’t make a live session?
All sessions are recorded and uploaded in the Future Founders space so you can catch up anytime.
Is there any 1:1 support?
Yes! Each participant gets a 30-minute 1:1 call during the programme for personalised guidance.
How often does the programme run?
We run 4 cohorts per year (January, April, July, October). If demand is high, we’ll add extra cohorts so you don’t miss out.
Do I need any business experience?
Not at all! This programme is designed for beginners and early-stage founders.
