Hey. I'm so glad you've found your way here.
I’m Lauren, the founder of The Mind Studio Collective, and this space was born from my own journey as a woman, a business owner, and someone who was late diagnosed with ADHD.
For years, I wondered why things that seemed easy for others felt so hard for me. I was ambitious, driven, and always doing, but behind the scenes? I was overwhelmed, distracted, constantly overthinking, and living in a cycle of burnout, guilt, and self-doubt.
I blamed myself, told myself to try harder, and kept pushing through. Until I finally realised there was a reason my brain worked the way it did.
That diagnosis changed everything. Not just because it gave me language for my experience, but because it allowed me to start building a life and continue building my business that actually worked for me.
Why I Created This Space
The Mind Studio Collective is the kind of support I wish I had earlier. Coaching that feels safe, practical tools that are actually ADHD-friendly, and reminders that you’re not lazy, broken, or behind. You’re just wired differently. And that’s not only okay, it’s powerful once you learn how to work with it.
This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about understanding yourself, building self-trust, and finally letting go of the pressure to do things the “normal” way.
