A Bit About Lucy
I’m a coach and mentor who supports neurodivergent individuals to shift self-doubt, reconnect with their strengths, and thrive as their true, authentic selves. Without having to mask or push through.
Since my own ADHD diagnosis three years ago, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful it is to feel seen, understood, and connected to others who just get it. That experience shaped the way I work - with a neuro-affirming, compassionate, and strengths-based approach.
If you’re navigating internal or external barriers, stuck in cycles of self-criticism, or unsure what thriving could even look like anymore, I’m here to help you find a new way forward. One that feels more like you.
Together, we’ll focus on what brings you energy, confidence, and joy. And build from there.
