A Bit About Laura

I support women navigating ADHD and big life transitions with calm, compassionate, and practical coaching. The kind that helps you feel less overwhelmed and more in control of your own story.

If you’re juggling work, life, identity shifts, or a new diagnosis, I’m here to help you make sense of it all and create sustainable strategies that actually work for you. My approach blends evidence-based tools with real-life understanding, so the support you receive feels both meaningful and manageable.

Like many of the women I work with, I received my own ADHD diagnosis later in life - while balancing a global career and raising a family. That experience gave me deep empathy for how invisible struggles with focus, energy, and executive functioning can impact your day-to-day. And it’s exactly why I care so much about creating a coaching space that feels safe, human, and free from pressure.

I’m professionally trained in health and wellness coaching, with additional specialist training in ADHD, menopause, and trauma-informed approaches. All of which shape the way I support the women I work with. When we work together my goal is to help you feel supported, seen, and equipped with practical tools to create the change you want to see.
